His journey into construction began early, working alongside family members which lay the foundation for his expertise. Blare’s passion deepened as he remodeled and flipped his first home and then as he moved into self-contracting. These hand-on experiences were just the beginning in shaping his knowledge in every aspect of construction.

For over 24 years, Blare honed his leadership skills as a Production Supervisor, leading teams of 30+ employees, managing financial data and program resources, along with building vendor relationships. This experience further refined his ability to deliver quality craftsmanship and seamless project management. Blare is committed to innovation and elevating construction standards, ensuring his homes are built with care and excellence while developing strong relationships with his team and clients.
